Anyone who is at least 16 years old can buy a pass. Children younger than 16 are admitted free.

A pass usually covers entrance and standard amenity fees for the driver of a RV and all passengers; if it’s a per-person site, the pass pays for up to four adults. Just to be clear, the pass doesn’t cover Expanded Amenity fees, such as camping and parking.
